10. Megalodon.

Sharks are pretty scary things alone, but how about a shark that’s a big as 60 feet in length? The Megalodon (which translated from Greek means “big tooth”) is an extinct species of giant shark that lived approximately 28 to 1.5 million years ago. Thanks to its incredible length of up to 60 feet, it is considered one of the largest and most powerful predators that ever lived on the Earth. Distributed worldwide, Megalodon looked like a much larger and terrifying version of modern great white shark. Now think about it. Who truly knows if this beast is really extinct? I mean we as a species have only explored only 5 percent of the earth’s water so who’s to say the Megalodon isn’t somewhere in the other 95 percent?.

These creatures are the largest flightless predatory bird to have ever lived on Earth as they would usually average at around 10 feet in height and would weighed up to half a ton which makes it more impressive that these creatures could supposedly run as fast as a cheetah.

So what’s worse than giant sharks? How about crocodiles! ThePurussauruss is an extinct genus of giant caiman that lived in South America during the Miocene epoch, 8 million years ago. These beasts were known from skull material that could be found in the Brazilian, Colombian and PeruvianAmazonian, and northern Venezuela. It has been estimated by researches that the creatures may have measured somewhere from 36 feet to 43 ft in length, which means that Purussaurus is one of the largest crocodilians known to have ever existed. Yeah now that’s pretty scary to think. Purussaurus teeth are subcircular at their bases but somewhat flattened at the crown, and those of P. neivensis have been described as curving backwards and slightly inwards. With all these features taken into account, it all suggests that the purassaurs were predators of vertebrates, perhaps grabbing large mammals, but also eating turtles, smaller crocodiles, fish and other prey.

7. Pulmonoscorpius.

So scorpions are pretty bad as they are right? Sure they’re small but they’re known to be deadly creatures thanks to their venomous stingers. Well imagine you’re standard looking scorpion on imagine it if it was Three Feet Long! Translated to “breathing scorpion”, Pulmonoscorpius is a giant species of extinct scorpion that lived during the Viséan epoch which was approximately between 345 to 330 million years ago. Based on fossils that were found in Scotland, it is believed that this species grew up to be around 30 inches long. It was a terrestrial creature feeding probably on small arthropods and tetrapods. Odds are these creatures would still attack humans if given the chance.

6. Anomalocaris.

So who likes sea food? If so do you like shrimp? Well good because this shrimp would probably enjoy you too! Native to all Cambrian seas, Anomalocaris which translated means “abnormal shrimp” was a genus of marine animals closely related to ancestral arthropods. Research suggests that these creatures were predators that would feed off hard-bodied sea creatures, including trilobites. These creatures were notable especially for their unique eyes that, equipped with 30,000 lenses and are believed by researchers to be the most advanced eyes of any species of its time.

5. Titanoboa.

Okay so far we’ve had Giant Sharks, Giant Crocodiles and Giant Shrimp. Okay how about a GIANT FREAKING SNAKE! Okay so people who were scared of the film Anaconda may want to skip this one because the Titanoboa is the largest snake that ever existed. This specie of snake was known to have grown over 40 feet long and could weigh up to 2,500 pounds. To put things in perspective, It is almost as heavy as a mini cooper which fair enough is small but is still a hefty vehicle. Titanoboa appeared not long after the dinosaurs went extinct and pretty much picked up from where the dinosaurs left off by being one of nature’s most dangerous predators. Rather than using venom to kill its victims, it’s main method of attack was constriction as the titanoboa could apply as much as 400lbs of pressure per inch to it’s victim! That is insane!

4. Giant Shelled.

Squid Cameroceras or otherwise commonly known as the Giant Shelled Squid lived during the Ordovician period, 470 to 460 million years ago, Cameroceras was a giant ancient ancestor of modern squids and octopus. Probably the most distinctive feature of the giant shelled squid was the enormous cone-like shell for which it got its nickname from as well as it’s abnormally stubby tentacles it used to catch its prey. The estimates regarding the size of the shell vary greatly from 20 to 40 feet.

3. Andrewsarchus.

At first sight, you may think that these creatures are some form of dire wolf or just canines in general. Well surprisingly the Andrewsarchus is related closely to sheep. Living during the Eocene epoch, some 45 to 36 million years ago, Andrewsarchus was a giant carnivorous mammal. Based on skulls and several bones that archaeologists have found, paleontologists suggest the predator might have weighed up to 4,000 pounds which would possibly make it the largest land-dwelling mammal predator ever. That alone dwarfs the previously mentioned Titanoboa by more than double its weight!

2. Mega Piranha.

So yeah this list has mainly consisted of animals we have now but just freakishly larger and this one is no exception. So Modern piranhas are scary enough in their own right. It;s common knowledge that if you decide to swim in an area that these creatures inhabit, you’ll end up being fish chow. That being said however, not many people have actually died to these little carnivores. Most people either escape with a few small cuts or they end up escaping with a few missing toes. So yeah Piranhas are dangerous little things but how would you like to swim with something that a hell of a lot bigger? Well that’s where the Megapiranha comes in. The Megapiranha (Which by the way is an incredibly lazy name!) lived somewhere between 8 to 10 million years ago in the rivers of South America and grew to a meter in length, four times that of the cow skeletonizers of today. So not only were these creatures big but their bite was something incredibly impressive as they were capable to bit with a force-to-body-weight ratio unmatched by even the mightiest dinosaur. Whereas modern-day piranhas peak at a bite force of 70 pounds, a Megapiranha is estimated to have bitten with a force of 1,000 pounds! To further illustrate how insane that is, a T.Rex could deliver a bite force of just over 3,000 pounds, roughly three times that of a Megapiranha. Doesn’t sound to impressive anymore does it? Well when you take into account that a T-Rex weights around 7 tons and a megapiranha only weighs 20 pounds so that alone is incredible!

So by now, everybody knows that smoking is bad for you, we see ads about it everywhere, and society pretty much shuns you if you do it at this point. But how much do you really know about cigarettes and, for that matter, smoking in general? Well, in this Facts in 5, I'm going to explain everything that you need to know about smoking. Yes, we know cigarettes are bad for you, it is that simple. However, there are elements of this highly addictive habit that aren't as simple as it seems. So today I'm going to give the smokers out there a push to quit, or at least more information about their habit, as well as for the non-smokers out there, I'm going to give you a reason to continue not being smokers.

What are cigarettes?
Cigarettes, as I imagine that 99% of you already know, are small, tiny cylinders made up of thin paper that's wrapped around a concoction of tobacco leaves and over 4,800 other chemicals. Sadly for smokers, of those 4,800 chemicals, 69 are known to cause cancer in humans which is just one reason why smoking is considered very, very bad for you. Just in case you didn't know that. Unfortunately, the health risks for smokers don't sway people who do choose to smoke, as over one-third of the world's adult population smokes at a combined rate of over 15 billion cigarettes a day.

Who smokes?
Like I said, over one-third of the planet's adults do smoke, and believe it or not, that number is still growing. In fact, every day, over 4,000 American teens smoke their first cigarette while 1,000 more have the first of what becomes a daily addiction. Research has shown that over 69% of smokers want to quit altogether, but a number of factors do stop them. Those that do manage to kick the habit, interestingly, choose a Monday as the day to start their smoke-free lives. But if you are getting ready to quit, any day is the best day, it doesn't have to be a Monday. Fun fact, despite his obvious character flaws, it was actually Adolf Hitler who led the first anti-smoking campaign.

Where do people smoke?
In the United States, and many parts of Europe, minors can smoke all that they want and nothing's done about it. In a strange loophole, it's the actual purchase of tobacco that's prohibited by law. Perhaps there would be fewer smokers if smoking was illegal, but that idea has been fought over and over by politicians to no end. In 2010, a young boy was found in Indonesia who was totally addicted to cigarettes, smoking at least 40 a day. But believe it or not, that's not even the most shocking part of the story. It turns out that the boy was only two years old. Originally it was the native tribes that partook before the habit spread to Europe. It was there that the first man seen smoking was actually arrested, under suspicion that he was possessed by the devil.

When is smoking beneficial?
That is clearly a shocking and controversial question, but hear me out. Let me first say that smoking is absolutely a bad idea and you should never, ever do it. But believe it or not, some do find some benefits from it. For instance, studies show that a daily smoking habit reduces your risk of needing knee replacement surgery, and can even help certain drugs such as anti-clotting medication, work better. Cigarettes have even been known to prevent Parkinson's disease. And since it's technically an appetite-suppressant, cigarettes have even been known to prevent obesity, making weight gain the second biggest reason people refuse to quit. The first obviously being addiction. But perhaps the most surprisingly is that smoking can even reduce the risk of dying after a heart attack, which would sound much more beneficial if cigarettes didn't increase your chance of having one by 200-400%, yep.

Why shouldn't you smoke?
I don't know. But seriously, the health issues that you risk developing by starting smoking are astronomical. Of the just under 7,000 deaths that occur in the United States every day, 20% of them are caused by smoking. That means that one in five American citizens will likely die due to smoking unless something changes. And that's not just the smokers themselves, oh no. Secondhand smoke causes around 50,000 deaths every year. In fact, studies show that every single cigarette that you smoke knocks about 11 minutes off of your lifespan and grays your hair faster than normal. Over 10 million people in North America have life-threatening illnesses because of smoking. And over in the UK, a study done by a major health organization in 2013 found that daily smokers only had a 50% chance of seeing their 70th birthday.
And, here's a few additional bonus facts. Smoking around an Apple computer actually voids its warranty. 8.6 million U.S. citizens live with a serious illness due to smoking. #1 Incestuous comments.

On March sixth, 2006 Trump and his daughter Ivanka made a guest appearance on the talk show The View. They were there promoting his reality show, The Apprentice.
But things turned real awkward when he was asked how he would feel about Ivanka appearing in an issue of Playboy, to which he replied he would be disappointed. He suddenly went off on a tangent complimenting
his daughter's figure saying: ' Although, she does have a very nice figure, I'm saying that if Ivanka weren't my daughter, perhaps I'd be dating her. You know? '.

#2 Domestic abuse.

This one's more of a serious one. For those that don't know the Donald has been married three separate times, for which I'm not going to judge him for, I mean, if you can't find the right one, you can't find the right one. But during a deposition made during their divorce proceedings his ex-wife, Ivana , accused Donald of assaulting her and even alleged that he once raped her. She claimed that he, then her husband, became enraged after a plastic surgeon, that she had recommended removing a bald spot, botched the job and he violently assaulted her. Apparently, restraining her and tearing hair from her scalp. Her story was even backed up by friends of the family and to ensure discretion, part of her divorce settlement included a gag-order on talking about their marriage whatsoever.

#3 Huge wrestling fan.

In case you couldn't tell from his multiple appearances on Monday Night Raw, Trump is a huge wrestling fan, specifically a fan of the WWE. While not only has he hosted multiple events at his Trump Plaza, but one appearance actually had him in a rivalry role with the chairman of the WWE, Vince McMahon. They each bet on a wrestler, in an event called The Battle of the Billionaires, with the loser having to shave their head. Donald, unfortunately, ended up winning the bet and he and his chosen wrestler, Bobby Lashley, shaved McMahon's head completely bald in front of a crowd at WrestleMania 23. Okay, obviously Bill and Hillary have had All kinds of issues in their marriage, but the most interesting is that they almost didn't get married at all. It took more than three proposals for Hillary to say yes to Bill. He first proposed to her at a trip to London, England, but she declined, and even trying multiple times after that, he still got the same answer. It wasn't until he actually went out and bought a house for Hillary that she had previously said that she liked and told her you'd better come marry me, cause I can't live in it by myself, that she finally said yes. #3 - Is she can drink a lot. Back in 2004, Senator Hillary Clinton and Senator John McCain were on a congressional tour of Estonia. The pair found themselves at a tavern in the capital city of Tallinn. According to the people present, the two declared A head-to-head vodka drinking contest because, you know, that's what you do when you're in a foreign country and you're a politician. Clinton apparently out drank McCain shot after shot, which is impressive, not because she's a woman, but because she's a politician, and I genuinely Had no idea they had any idea how to have fun. #4 - Was she was rejected by the Marines. In 1973, when she was just 26 years old, Hillary made an attempt to join the Marine Corps, however, she was rejected. According to her story, they rejected her simply because she was too old, at the yes, ripe age of 26, but the story has been met with a lot of criticism. She claims that her age, her poor eyesight and the mere fact that she was a woman were the contributing factors to her rejection. But since then, many Marines have come forward claiming that during the time that she tried to join, the Armed Forces were so desperate for lawyers That those details simply would not have mattered, and that she essentially made the entire story up. #5 - Is she hasn't driven a car since 1996. Okay, it's important to note that many politicians get aids and Secret Service agents to drive them around for security reasons. However, many politicians still retain and update their drivers licenses so that they can drive Their own vehicles. Well, Hillary's an exception to that however, apparently, because she has not driven a motor vehicle in two full decades, all the way back to 1996. She once joked that she remembers the last time that she was behind the wheel, and so does the Secret Service, which is apparently why she hasn't driven since. #6 - Is she's had many "firsts" in her title.
Hillary held the title of first lady for eight years, but something many of you may not know is that is not the only first in her name. Due to her involvement in the Whitewater controversy, which was a shady real estate investment scandal, she actually became the first and only first lady to ever be subpoenaed. On top of that, she and her husband were the first couple to be ever fingerprinted by the FBI. On a more positive note, she was the first lady ever to earn a post-graduate degree, be elected to public office or, of course, run for the presidency herself. #7 - Is she won a Grammy Award. Hillary Clinton has achieved many things. She's a lawyer, a politician and a Grammy Award-winning artist. In 1997, at the 39th Grammy Awards, she actually won a Grammy Award for the Best Spoken Word Album of the Year. The album that she won for was the audio book version of It Takes a Village, a book that she published just the previous year. Not only that, but her husband Bill, possibly inspired by her, went on to win two Grammy Awards himself for also Spoken Word Albums. #8 - Is she has been linked to multiple deaths. Okay, this is a serious one. An unsettling number of bodies have allegedly accumulated in the presidential nominee's wake Over the years. Now there are too many to list individually, but there are some more notable ones that I want to tell you about. Just a few months ago, John Ashe, former United Nations General Assembly president, died from a bizarre Gym incident right before he could bring the Clintons up on charges related to illegal donations for their election fund. They found him with a crushed throat because he apparently dropped a dumbbell on himself. But one of the most notable was that of James McDougal, who was a financial partner of the Clintons in a real estate deal alongside his wife Susan. On March 8, 1998, McDougal had a heart attack while in solitary confinement, before he could provide witness testimony to a case that the Clintons were involved in, but if you think that's bad, a total of 46 people who were close to Hillary over the years have died from either bizarre or unexplained deaths.
#9 - Is she conversed with a ghost. So most presidents have admitted to talking to God as Christianity is a popular tool among st those running to get elected, but Hillary took it a step farther by saying that she claims to have spoken with a ghost. She has said that she's had frequent conversations with Eleanor Roosevelt while she was living in the White House. Eleanor Roosevelt was the first lady herself from 1933 to 1945 and died in 1962. Apparently, she would come back on occasion just to remind Hillary that she needed to buck up or grow a skin as thick as a rhinoceros. Hillary claims that she was told to communicate with Eleanor by her spiritual adviser. Oh, and it also turns out that Roosevelt wasn't the only famous spirit up for a chat, because Hillary also claims that she has spoken with Gandhi. #10 - Is the email controversy. Okay, many of you probably already know about this, but for those of you that don't, allow me to explain. In early 2015, it was revealed that Hillary, during her time as secretary of state, exclusively used her family's private email server to send emails. Now you might be wondering Matt, why is that a big deal? It's just emails. Well, it's a big deal because some of those emails contained highly classified material. As with every other politician, she was supposed to use official State Department email accounts maintained on federal servers for security purposes. This was such a big deal that the FBI actually launched an investigation into this scandal, revealing that 113 emails contained information that was considered classified at the time that it was sent, but it gets worse. Out of those emails, 65 were deemed secret, and 22 were deemed top secret. Now this outraged politicians and the public alike, as many believed that she was putting America's national security at risk, which she was. But it gets even worse because she deleted over 31,000 emails in what appeared to be an attempt to cover up unauthorized use of a home server for official email use. Now she has since admitted to this, saying that the reason that she had all of her emails on one phone is because it was just more convenient, and it was simply inconvenient to carry two separate phones.
